Geela Bhel Puri ???? Yes, you read it right. That’s what Mumbaikars call it. Bhel Puri is a kind of snack which consists of all crunchy ingredients. So, while eating, you are going to feel the crunchiness and the taste will remain forever. The flavours of chutneys take the dish into another level.
In Mumbai, Bhelpuri is generally divided into two categories, i.e. Geela Bhel or Sukha Bhel.
Sukha Bhel Puri:- Sukha means “Dry”. So, for preparing this, no chutneys are used and the bhel puri is totally dry which adds a good crunchiness to the dish.
