Ingredients for Quinoa Pancake:

  • Quinoa – 1/4 cup

  • Water – 1/2 cup

  • Grated cheddar cheese – two tbsp

  • Chopped basil – two tbsp

  • Powdered black pepper – two pinches

  • Salt – two pinches

  • Minced garlic – two cloves

  • Whites – one egg

  • Virgin olive oil – four tbsp

How to prepare Quinoa Pancake:

  • To make this simple dish, place a pan over a medium flame & boil water into it. After the boil, have quinoa & close with a lid. Allow quinoa boil for 7-8 mins, then remove the lid & allow the water to vapourize. Then, have salt and minced garlic cloves in the vessel. Cook for a few more minutes, then keep beside in a medium-sized vessel.
  • Take the bowl & combine together grated cheddar cheese, egg white, chopped basil leaves, salt and black pepper powder. Whisk properly utilizing a spatula (you could also utilize an electric beater to whisk).
