400 Grams of Condensed Milk
8 Cups of Milk Powder
2 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Cup Of Water
1 Teaspoon Powdered Green Cardamom (Green Elaichi)
1 Handful Pistachios (Pista)

Silver Vark as Required (Optional)
1 Cup Almonds (Badams)
Directions
- Making of Milk Barfi:
- It is better to take a large bowl to prepare the dough for Barfi. Take milk powder in a bowl and add condensed milk. Mix both ingredients well and make a firm dough. As soon as the dough is prepared, freeze it in a freezer for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes are complete, remove the dough from the freezer and grate it in a bowl. Keep it aside. Now heat the ghee in a deep-bottomed pan. You need to prepare on low flame.
- Once the ghee is heated, add the grated dough to the pan along with water. Mix well and then add the elaichi powder and then again mix well. Let the mixture cook until all the water dries out. As soon as the water starts drying out, the mixture will accumulate in the center.
- As soon as the mixture starts getting accumulating, add Pistas to it. Now, shift the mixture to another plate and let it cool down. Once cooled, cut the barfi into shapes as per your desire. Garnish it with silver vark and your favorite dry fruits.
- Mouth-watering Milk Barfi is ready to serve. Enjoy eating!
